Application Instructions

When you are ready to apply:

• Complete and submit a volunteer application on our website.
  • Please note: At this time, we have an incredibly high volume of applications already on file, and we do not currently have upcoming Volunteer Crisis Counseling training cohorts on the schedule. Therefore, our general Volunteer Crisis Counselor application is currently unavailable and will remain closed for the foreseeable future. We do not have a definitive timeline for when we will be ready to receive new applications yet. In the meantime, we invite you to support The Trevor Project in other ways!
  • Your application cannot be saved, closed, and continued. If you are interested in working on your short-answer questions over a longer period of time, consider drafting your responses in a separate document
    
    
• Your application will be added to our pool for consideration when building upcoming volunteer training cohorts. Our Volunteer Recruitment team will review and evaluate your application on an as-needed basis and then reach out with next steps.
